Every year we honor a living guitarist/ composer. This year we spotlight the legacy of educator/ performer Mick Goodrick who inspired countless guitarists in over 5 decades of teaching.

March 12 at 8 pm we’ll present a live concert at soapbox gallery in Brooklyn feat. students of Mick, with Julian Lage, Wolfgang Muthspiel, Tim Miller, Joel Harrison, and others.

The artists will perform duo and solo music inspired by Mick's legacy and feature a first-ever meeting between Julian Lage and Europe's premier jazz guitarist, Wolfgang Muthspiel in a rare visit from Austria.
Other artists Bill Frisell and Ben Monder will pre-record segments that will be included in the event.
